If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

MedAdiut is an AI-powered assistive tool for clinical documentation automation. Features include transcription, local PII redaction, SOAP note generation, and RAG context integration.

CAUTION: MedAdiut is NOT a medical device, is not registered as such, and provides no medical advice. It is strictly a documentation tool.

3. Physician Responsibility (Crucial)

4. Data Processing & Security

Stateless Architecture: Audio and transcripts are processed in RAM on secure servers and destroyed immediately. We do not maintain a database of medical records.
Local PII Redaction: Patient identifiers are redacted locally on the User's device before server transmission.
Cloud Processing: Handled via Google Cloud Vertex AI (Enterprise). User data is NOT used to train AI models.

5. User Obligations

The User agrees to use the Service exclusively in a professional medical context, obtain patient informed consent for audio recording, not share API tokens, and comply with applicable medical privacy laws.

6. Governing Law & Regulatory Compliance

Governed by the laws of the State of Israel (Tel Aviv-Jaffa jurisdiction). Designed with consideration for Israeli Ministry of Health directives and the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 (חוק הגנת הפרטיות). This Agreement does not supersede the User's obligations to their medical institution.
